Data Requests
You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for your account and data to be removed. Here is how.
The kinds of requests honored
Access — a summary of the information held about you.
Correction — fixing information that is inaccurate or out of date.
Deletion — removing your account and associated data.
Export — a portable copy of the data you provided.
Opt-out — stopping any non-essential email correspondence.
A single, simple path
Send your request through the contact page using the email address tied to your account. Include the type of request and anything that helps identify the right records.
The response process
You’ll receive a reply within approximately 30 days. A simple identity check may be needed before sensitive actions like deletion or export.
Most information can be removed on request. Some records — particularly order and tax records — must be retained for the period required by law, and will be kept only for that purpose.
Data Shopify holds
Order records, shipping details, and payment metadata are held by Shopify as the checkout provider. You can request the order data on file by writing through the contact page, or directly through the order-confirmation email from Shopify.
No charge for reasonable requests
Honoring data requests is part of the trust this site is built on. There is no fee for a reasonable request.
